Shi’en is a Strengths School™ Certified Strengths Coach and part of the Corporate Advisory arm at Strengths School™. As an MOE-trained secondary school teacher, she leverages her past experience with students to help in curriculum design for the Youth Development arm at Strengths School.

Now a mother of 6, Shi’en understands that everyone is different, and hopes for all youths to understand their strengths and live out their full potential. A passionate and effective trainer, Shi’en has been with Strengths School since 2019 and has conducted workshops for Bukit Batok Secondary School, CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School and ACS Barker Road, Methodist Girls’ School, School of Science and Technology, and Victoria School.

Shi’en is a huge support to the team here in Strengths School™. She helps keep everyone on schedule and works tirelessly with clients to understand and fulfil their needs and objectives. She is extremely driven and evidently lives out her ‘Responsibiliy’ and ‘Achiever’ Strengths every single day.
