Victor is the World's 1st Gold Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and Co-Founder of Strengths School™. A former Client Relationship Manager (CRM) whose clients include Microsoft, Procter and Gamble and EMC, Victor brings with him an incisive ability to understand clients' needs and challenges when he does coaching. He has over 12 years of experience in training and development as well as performance and life coaching for leaders in MNCs, schools, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Victor has personally coached over 400 individuals including top-level MNC leaders, SME owners, school leaders, teachers, church leaders and students in a 1-1 capacity. He also actively conducts family coaching sessions as well as coaching for married couples.

From Singapore to across Asia in Hong Kong, China, and India, Victor has successfully led CliftonStrengths® leadership workshop programs, coaching sessions and team building programs for organizations including Microsoft, Marriott International, Visa, Uber, Adobe Systems, Johnson & Johnson, Roche Pharmaceutical, Mundipharma, AIA, Discovery Networks, Zebra Technologies, Ubisoft, PropertyGuru, Remy Cointreau (Shanghai), Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB), Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU), Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, Singapore Prison Services and popular brands including Calvin Klein, Lee Jeans, Timberland and Vans. 

Victor is also passionate about sowing into the future generations through impacting the school leaders and teachers in Singapore. Victor was the Keynote Speaker at the 1st ASEAN Strengths Education Summit, held in Singapore. He has conducted multiple CliftonStrengths® Leadership workshops for Ministry of Education HQ. He has also conducted these CliftonStrengths® Leadership workshops for school leaders, key personnel teams and staff from multiple Tertiary, Secondary, Primary schools including Catholic Junior College, CHIJ Kellock, Gan Eng Seng School, Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary, Pei Cai Secondary, Boon Lay Gardens Primary, Nan Chiau Primary, Eunos Primary, Meridian Secondary, Hong Wen School and Radin Mas Primary. Victor also believes in actively contributing to his larger community by running CliftonStrengths® programs for staff from different Volunteer Welfare Organizations and churches including DaySpring, YouthReach, Church of Our Saviour, Anglican Diocese, Living Sanctuary Brethren Church, and Bethesda Pasir Ris Mission Church. Victor is effectively bilingual and conducts CliftonStrengths® workshops and coaching sessions in both English and Mandarin.

Victor brings with him over 17 years of experience in leadership experience and is an active volunteer leader in his church. He continues to lead a group of 100 volunteer leaders and focuses on leadership training and people development. In his own free time, Victor enjoys leading overseas expedition trips and community outreach programs. He is an experienced team leader who has led more than 20 trips to different parts of the world including China, the Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, East Timor, Vietnam and Malaysia.
