Junli is a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and workshop designer/facilitator with 15 years of public sector experience. She specialises in crafting spaces that help individuals, teams and leaders gain clarity that drives positive change.

Junli began her career during an economic recession and pivoted from chemical engineering to join Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to see the world. A self-described accidental public servant, she spent close to a decade at the Economic Development Board, partnering with global clients and public agencies to build win-win collaborations and develop new value propositions for Singapore. She later contributed to transformative outcomes across GovTech, National Healthcare Group, Ministry of Trade & Industry, and the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre.

Driven by her passion for creating meaningful spaces where people can discover their “sparks,” Junli left the 9–5 to start her own workshop practice, Experience Sparks! She is a CliftonStrengths coach, certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, trained process facilitator, and design thinking practitioner.

Junli has delivered workshops for public service agencies, organisations including The LEGO Group, KPMG, and BRG, as well as educational institutions and non-profits.
