Lily is a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths Coach with over 20 years of experience in learning, leadership, and organizational development across Asia. She has held regional and global HR leadership roles in multinational retail companies, leading initiatives in talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement.
As a former HR leader who organized and delivered development programs herself, Lily understands what makes a workshop truly impactful. Her sessions are engaging, relevant, and practical for real-world application.
She has designed and facilitated experiential, outcome-focused programs for clients including Timberland, Northface, Kipling, Nautica, Richemont, FENDI, UNIQLO and China Mobile. Lily also serves as a leadership coach for the CEIBS Executive MBA, supporting senior leaders in strengthening their impact through self-awareness and purposeful growth.
